The Transitional Living Program is available to youth ages 16 to 21 and is designed to coordinate professional services to support young adults in their transition to independence. The primary focus of the program is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge they will need in order to live independently in the community, such as money management, problem-solving and decision-making. Program participants gain independence by learning life skills and developing personal understanding.
