Provides support services to resource, adoptive, guardianship, and kinship families to connect them to needed resources and peer support. The program wants to provide opportunities to gain parenting knowledge and skills, supporting caregivers in their role, increasing their confidence, and helping them provide a higher quality of care and commitment to the children in their home. Services include a Warm Line, an email address (see below), resource manuals, a "Care to Share" project, monthly support groups (statewide)

Program does not provide transportation.
All families who provide care for children from the Hawaii State Department of Human Services Child Welfare System. This includes foster, guardianship, adoptive, permanent custodial, respite and kinship families.
