Resource Families Support Services provides support services to resource, adoptive, guardianship, and kinship families to connect them to needed resources and peer support, provide them opportunities to gain parenting knowledge and skills, and help them feel more confident and supported in their role as caregivers. Our Warm Line, ongoing trainings and support groups throughout the state, helps caregivers provide a higher quality of care and commitment to the children in their home.

All families who provide care for children from the Hawaii State Department of Human Services Child Welfare System. This includes foster, guardianship, adoptive, permanent custodial, respite and kinship families.
