Program Description: 

`IHI works with all young people, ages 12 through 26 who have been affected by foster care.  Independent living skills are practiced with case managers and in groups, higher education supportive services, including funding, is provided and case management and assistance is provided to young people who have exited foster care in their transition to adulthood. The aim is to support the development of personal skill sets and competencies that lead to self-sufficiency as young adults.
