Opened in 1988, the agency's first transitional housing program on Oahu (but available to eligible persons statewide), has 11 beds that houses persons who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. The program has in-house classes and staff works closely with participants to address issues that affect stability and develop goals towards independent housing. This program is also designated as a Special Project of National Significance by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
