Program Description: 

Provides a confidential, free statewide information and referral service for families of children with special needs, birth to age three. Links families with children, ages birth to 3 years, with developmental delays, biological risk, and environmental risk to early intervention services. Assigns a care coordinator to arrange screening- evaluation and develop a plan for services. Families not eligible will be referred to community resources.
