Services help individuals involved in domestic abuse situations to become self sufficient, providing assessment, safety plan, Individual Service Plan, Case Management, Domestic Violence Information, Counseling, Community Referrals, Transitioning to First-to-Work, Financial Planning, Time Management and Referrals for Legal Assistance. Eligibility: 
If you are receiving Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) or Temporary Assistance to Other Needy Families (TAONF) and domestic violence is preventing you from holding a job and/or taking care of yourself and children, you are eligible for DVA services. You can be referred for DVA services by your DHS Eligibility Worker.
