Program Description:

PATCH manages a database of child care providers and programs throughout the state. This data is regularly updated so parents may receive accurate, timely referral information both online and via phone. Referral Specialists assist parents in finding care for their child in their desired area to meet the family’s child care needs. Parents receive a profile listing which includes hours of operation, ages served, and program content, of providers and centers in the requested area. Plus, parents receive consumer education on how to choose child care, quality indicators, child care regulation, and financial assistance.
