Program Description: 

The Hawaii State 4-H Program is the non-formal youth education program of the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources. The 4-H classroom is a world of real hands-on projects and demonstrations, leadership development, and personal economics focusing on the three national mission mandates of Healthy Living, Science and Civic Engagement.
