The Children’s Law Project of Hawaiʻi is a non-profit public interest law firm serving children on Hawaiʻi Island. We go beyond traditional representation in foster custody and juvenile law violator cases by providing holistic legal advocacy in a variety of other areas, including permanency proceedings, special education, behavioral accommodation in school, early developmental intervention, mental health services, and disability benefits matters. We also act as Guardians ad Litem for children in a variety of settings, including school non-attendance, contested custody, and contested protective order cases.
