The American Job Center (formerly Oahu WorkLinks) Youth Program is a federally funded program that provides high school drop outs between the ages of 16 - 24 years old an opportunity to earn an alternative high school diploma, develop soft skills, and participate in work experience opportunities. All our services are at no cost for eligible participants. 

The American Job Center program is operated by the City & County of Honolulu, Department of Community Service, WorkHawaii Division.
